How to choose a software company for your project
Most projects fail because of an unclear agreement, not technology. Before price, ask about process: how often you will see something tangible, who talks to you, and what happens if scope changes mid-way.
Ask for a project similar in scale, not in look. A team that shipped a 100-product store is not necessarily ready for 4,000 products with quantity pricing; the difference shows in performance, not design.
Finally, confirm ownership of code and data and the existence of handover documentation. If the answer is vague, you will be locked to the vendor rather than the opposite.
